baby tomatoes, walnuts and bacon

St. Valentine Bouquet

Gathering of baby greens married with a ring of prosciutto, drizzled with a Raspberry Basil vinaigrette, hailed with a confetti of flowers

Salmon and Scallops

Pecorino Romano topped filet, pan roasted to order – topped with

Two jumbo East Coast scallops and homemade Hollandaise.

Served over fresh pappardelle pasta with baby bok choy.


Sea Bass

Fresh large fillet, miso glazed and topped with a bouquet of micro greens.

Served with an arancini ball of lobster risotto

and pecan buttered baby bok choy.


Tenderloin and Lobster

Seven ounce baby tail atop a beefy filet, cooked to order.

Served with toasted garlic mashed potatoes,

griddled asparagus and baby carrots.


Prime Strip  with Alaskan Crab

Peppered sirloin, pan seared to order topped with a bounty of crab.

Served with a pan sauce of brandy cream, roasted fingerling potatoes

and prosciutto wrapped green beans.


Eighteen Ounce Ribeye

Prime bone-in – cooked over an open hearth to order.

Served with our Famous Grotto House potato,

griddled asparagus and side of Béarnaise.
